The Cape Cod Foundation

The Cape Cod Foundation is Barnstable County's community foundation, whose mission is to strengthen Cape Cod for current and future generations through thoughtful community leadership and strategic philanthropy. Since its inception as a nonprofit organization in 1989, The Cape Cod Foundation has distributed more than $115 million in grants and scholarships into the community, while also building a community endowment of over $125 million to support Cape Cod now and in perpetuity.
