Cape Wellness Collaborative

Cape Wellness Collaborative's mission is to help residents of Cape Cod and the Islands who are facing cancer feel better through integrative therapies, nourishing meals, and emotional support services. Eligibility for services include individuals within the first year of their diagnosis (extending up to one year from the date of application), who are undergoing or recovering from cancer-related radiation, chemotherapy, or oncology-related surgery. We also serve people who have had positive genetic testing results for inherited cancer risk and are undergoing prophylactic surgery. Non-Profit 501(c)(3)
