21st Annual Community Health Center of Cape Cod

Your participation in this event helps to the Health Center provide vital wrap-around services to support our patients and community that are not supported by insurance, including assistance with housing and transportation, insurance enrollment services and individualized care plans for patients with chronic diseases. We hope to see you this September, and we will follow all regulations from the Commonwealth about group gatherings, and will work to put on the best event possible. Community Health Center of Cape Cod continues to exist through the ongoing generosity of our community in support of our mission: to improve the health of our community through the provision of comprehensive, high-quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay.
