SUMMARY:16th Annual Multicultural Festival of Cape Cod
DESCRIPTION:Over 70 different performers\, exhibitors\, vendors\, community organizations\, an eclectic mix of food trucks\, and outstanding cuisine from around the world in an International Café await attendees at this year’s 16th Annual Multicultural Festival of Cape Cod.\n\n\n\nThe community is strongly encouraged to be in the Tilden Arts Center at 10 a.m. to view the vibrant opening\, as our venerable bagpiper Roger Carchrie-Feltus\, who comes each year from Connecticut to join in the event\, leads the Parade of Flags into the Tilden Arts Center. Once each group has arrived\, participants will greet the crowd in the native language and dress\, inviting all back into the festival grounds for the day’s activities.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSpecial activities for children are an important part of the festival. Face painting plus children’s storytelling\, and a “Passport” will be available for young people to use as they visit displays and vendors from all over the world. Stickers or a stamped imprint will be provided at each table so that children can fill their Passports and take home this unique souvenir.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe Festival has a detailed web page here www.capecod.edu/multicultural\, and updates are made to all information as it is received.
