The Yarmouth Neighborhood Crime Watch program will hold its next semi-annual Block Captain’s meeting on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM (6:30 sign in) at the Yarmouth Senior Center. In addition to an update from YPD Chief Frank Frederickson, the guest Speaker is Larry Fennelly. Mr Fenelly was in charge of Crime Prevention at the Harvard University Police Department for over 20 years, and has authored more than 40 books on security and crime prevention. His talk entitled “Have you ever wondered why one home is broke into and yours wasn’t?” will cover home security and related topics. This meeting is open to all Yarmouth Residents.
