Turning Wooden Bowls with Dave Arnone

4 classes, Mon & Thu, Mar 17-27, 9am-12pm. Learn the basics of woodturning and create a beautifully turned bowl in this fun, hands-on class. Have you ever seen turned items, such as bowls, candle sticks, ornaments, and pens and wanted to create your own designs? This class will provide one-on-one instruction on using the wood lathe, lathe safety, turning tools, project design, and turning your own wood creations. Upon completion you will have a beautiful and functional vessel along with the knowledge and confidence to begin exploring other shapes and designs. All materials provided.
