Not everyone see the current situation as a Crisis. Since they have not only survived but thrived in prior crises, such as the '70's oil embargo, the '90's dot.com burst, the 9/11 attack, the '08 financial downturn, this is just another blip within Business As Usual.  Yet this is a crisis unlike all the rest as it affects lives and livelihood alike.  During these unprecedented times, followers will be looking to their leaders for reassurance.  And while "Hope is Not a Strategy", it does play an important role as we lead our teams through these challenging times.  Join this session to:
