Millennials are quickly becoming the largest portion of our workforce, are you prepared? Learn about effectively managing your millennial employees including best practices and common pitfalls.
Workshop Instructor: Paul Chatelain was born and raised on Cape Cod. After graduating from the Dennis-Yarmouth school district. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from UMASS, Amherst and a Master of Education from George Washington University. Paul taught at a variety of middle and high schools, primarily Washington International and Hurricane Island and Outward Bound, from 2007-2016. Additionally, Paul currently manages Cooke's Seafood in Hyannis and the knack in Orleans. He is currently a licensed real estate agent and works for Realty Executives in Brewster, as well.
