The Jean Hamilton Memorial Fund (a fund of The Cape Cod Foundation) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, volunteer, organization dedicated to supporting the needs, growth and development of children and families on Cape Cod. Our vision is to raise funds for college scholarships for D-Y students, support and improve the lives of children with Type 1 Diabetes as well as Down Syndrome children, and to support schools, staff and organizations that are dedicated to teaching Early Childhood Education.
