Indian Classics with Sanjay: Keema Matar & Palak Paneer

Sat, Feb 22, 11am-1pm. Explore delicious Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two classic dishes: Keema Matar (ground chicken with green peas) and Palak Paneer (spinach with unprocessed Indian cheese). Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking. At the end of class, you'll enjoy what you have cooked together with rice and naan.
