By appointment only for ages 18+ $30/shot or free with most medical insurance and those with Medicare Part B. Please bring a photo ID and insurance cards. Persons who should not be vaccinated: • Persons with an allergy to eggs or egg products • Persons who are ill and have a fever should delay vaccination until the fever and other temporary symptoms have gone • Persons who were ever paralyzed by Guillain-Barré Syndrome • Anyone who has had a past reaction to the flu vaccine Call (508) 398-2231 x 1241 to make your appointment.
