Celebrating German with Chef Austin Peters

Take a trip to Germany and learn traditional German cooking techniques and authentic recipes. We will teach you how to create these beloved dishes. Our menu includes sauerbraten (German pot roast); braised red cabbage; kartoffelpuffer (Bavarian potato pancakes) and bratapfel (baked apples with cinnamon and sugar a la mode).
