Birdwatching Walk Birdwatching expert Gretchen Moran Towers from the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History will lead a 1.25-mile bird tour of the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth’s 50-acre preserve on May 13. Known as the “Cape Cod Bird Nerd,” Towers specializes in leading bird walks through local natural surroundings. She has a degree in animal science and a fascination with birds in particular Meet at the Gate House behind the Yarmouth Port Post Office on Route 6A at 9:45 a.m. Bring binoculars, hat, bug repellent and water.
